General Policy

  1. In the odd case that you do not love your Elite Cove products, here is our policy on returns:

    1. Order Quality Assurance:
      • We aim to process all orders without damage, using proper packaging with wooden boxes.
    2. Reporting Damaged Merchandise:
      • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please WhatsApp or email us a photo or video of the damaged product along with the item code within 24 hours of receiving your order at +91-7619409185 or elitecove.india@gmail.com.
      • Notify Elite Cove of receipt of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Elite Cove shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
    3. Return Request Approval:
      • The product should not have been installed, and it should not show any wear and tear.
      • Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
      • Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, etc.
    4. Replacement of Damaged Parts:
      • Once your return has been approved, we will provide the broken part to you.

    Shipping and Delivery

    1. International Shipping:
      • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but we are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
    2. Shipping Costs:
      • We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added during checkout.
    3. Delivery Time:
      • All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order. Delivery typically takes another 2 to 10 working days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details to track your order online.
      • The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery with the tracking details. The approximate date of delivery is merely an estimate by the carrier, and we are not liable for delays by third-party logistic partners.
    4. Multiple Packages:
      • A single order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

    Returns and Exchanges

    1. Product Return:
      • Returns or exchanges are only possible if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.
    2. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
      • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receipt by WhatsApp at +91-7619409185 or email us at elitecove.india@gmail.com with your Order ID.
      • In rare cases when a replacement is not possible, we will offer a return to the customer with a full refund.
      • Once the return is approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.
    3. Refundable Amount:
      • A credit will automatically be applied to your bank account.
    4. Return Processing Time:
      • It usually takes 20-25 working days to receive a replacement product or a refund.
      • Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.
      • Elite Cove will arrange pick-up of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product through its logistics partner. If Elite Cove is unable to do so, we will notify you, and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your area within one day of receiving such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed as determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Elite Cove.
      • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, etc.
      • Return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
      • Returned products are subject to verification and checks by Elite Cove to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will bear the shipping costs for the product.

    Additional Terms & Conditions

    1. Light Fittings:
      • Bulbs are not included with the purchase of any of our light fittings. Bulbs will be charged additionally.
    2. Reporting Damages:
      • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    3. Warranty:
      • Corrosion due to sustained exposure to the sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth, or water on the product surfaces is not covered under warranty.
      • Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended.
      • The lights come with a 1-year warranty (covering only electrical issues) on manufacturing defects. Please keep this invoice safe for any claims.
